Warming up across Spain
Today A bit milder across Iberia. A mainly fine, dry day to come across Portugal and Spain. North westerly gales will prevail across Biscay into western France with a risk of damaging gusts to 70-80mph possible. Further spells of heavy rain are expected across France, Italy, Serbia into Slovenia. Mainly dry across Belgium and The Netherlands today. Unsettled with spells of rain and showers, some of which will be heavy is expected across Germany, Poland, Austria and the Czech Republic. Showers are forecast across Greece with rain into Bulgaria and Romania later in the day. It remains dry and sunny across Turkey northward into the Ukraine and southern Russia. An area of snow will extend from northern Russia westward across the Baltic States into southern Sweden and southern Norway. Cold across Finland but dry. A number of showers will be found in the central Mediterranean.
Tuesday More rain to come across England, France, The Low Countries and Germany with snow across southern Germany and the Alps. A warm, dry and mostly sunny across Spain and Portugal with highs into the 20s. Showers are expected across Austria and the Czech Republic. Dry across northern Italy while heavy rain falls across southern Italy and Greece. Showers are likely across the Adriatic Region with frequent, heavy showers from Sicily eastward to Crete. It continues fine and dry across Turkey, Romania and the Ukraine. Some heavy showers to affect Bulgaria. Cloudy across Poland but mainly dry. Some rain is forecast across Belarus with rain and snow across the Baltic States and northern Russia. Outbreaks of snow are expected across southern Finland and Across Sweden and Denmark but cold and dry across Norway. Very windy with gales across a large area of the Mediterranean.
