Heavy rain moving into parts of Norway and Sweden on Tuesday

Monday
Heavy and thundery showers over much of Spain on Monday. Fine for Portugal with lots of warm sunshine here. Corsica and Sardinia should be dry with more warm sunshine. A few showers in northern Italy, but fine in central and southern areas. Greece and Turkey will be dry with sunshine and should be dry through the day.
Fair in western France with some sunshine here, a few showers in the east. Further scattered showers for the Low Countries, whilst heavier showers and some rain affect central and southern Germany. Some heavy thunderstorms and rain may affect central and southern Poland too, these extending to Hungary. Austria will have some showers in the west with further showers in Switzerland.
Denmark is likely to be fine and sunny. The Baltic States will have more sunshine. A northern flow in Finland bringing rain in the east although dry in the west. For much of Sweden and Norway the day will be fine with lots of sunshine throughout the day.

Tuesday
Rather widespread thuderstorms breaking out across central and eastern regions of Spain. One or two showers for east Portugal but largely dry here. Thunderstorms also developing along central into southern parts of Italy. Dry and hot elsewhere through the Mediterranean.
Largely dry and fine across France, although the very far southeast region will see heavy and thundery rain. Showers extending across the Alpine region and down parts of the Balkan States. Dry with sunny spells for the Netherlands and Germany including large parts of Poland, although eastern areas seeing some showery rain. Showers for the Czech Republic in the morning but an improved afternoon.
An increasingly unsettled day across northern and central regions of Norway and Sweden as low pressure moves heavy rain from west to east. Drier further south and across Denmark where it will also be brighter with sunny spells. Largely dry across Finland but feeling relatively cool in the northerly wind. A few scattered showers down the Baltic States but mainly dry here.
