Sunshine and widespread heavy showers southeast Spain, across central and southern Italy Italy through Albania, Bosnia, Serbia to Romania, Bulgaria and Greece, 6 to 10C and 12C to 15C west to east. For Spain, France, to Germany, Austria Austria, Swiss and Italian Alps dry though cloudy temperatures near or below 0C for most, though outbreask of snow for alpine regions. Rain then showers continuing for Scotland, England and Wales into the evening and for a time overnight with wind increasing showers and patchy rain and snow for Denmark and southern coasts of Norway and Sweden. Showers continuing Adriatic to Greece. Remaining cloudy through central regions with freezing fog.

A rapidly deepening depression transfers to western Scotland and N.Ireland during the morning with gales and prolonged heavy rain, snow with height, and blustery showers to follow. Gales also for southern Scandanavia, Denmark around the Baltic Latvia into Latvia with scattered snow showers, -4C to 0C. Sunshine and scattered showers Greece to Turkey, 10C to 12C. Spain, Corsica, MaltaMalta to Italy, over Adriatic to Bosnia and surrounds dry and sunny, scattered showers mainly in east 10C to 15C. France to Germany, across to Poland, south into Switzerland, Austria, Hungary to Ukraine dry though mainly cloudy 4C in west -5C moving east.
