Friday
In Portugal and Spain, expect a cloudy day with heavy rain arriving in the northwest later. France will have a rather cloudy day with heavy rain affecting the northwest. Over the British Isles, Storm Éowyn will bring severe gales, heavy rain, and some snow. The Low Countries will experience a cloudy day with rain spreading eastward. In Germany, sleet or snow is expected in the morning, becoming drier later. Poland will remain dry but rather cloudy throughout the day. Denmark will see heavy rain and strengthening winds, while heavy snow will affect southern Norway and Sweden. Northern Finland will have some snow, while the Baltic States see light snow at first, turning dry later. In Belarus and Ukraine, light snow is expected in the morning, with drier conditions later.
Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary will have a mostly dry but rather cloudy day. Romania will experience some light snow, while the Balkans remain mostly dry and bright.
A sunny day is forecast for the Balearics, Sardinia, Corsica, and most of Italy, while Greece will have a cloudy day with some rain and fog.In Turkey, heavy showers will affect western areas, with dry and bright weather elsewhere. Cyprus will see some scattered showers.

Some heavy showers for Portugal and Spain. Showers or longer spells of rain for France. A longer spell of rain or sleet, and mountain snow, for the British Isles. Some early rain for the Low Countries, drier later. Some rain mostly over north Germany, drier further south. Light patchy rain for Poland, becoming drier later. Breezy and mostly dry for Denmark. Some snow for western Norway and northern Sweden and Finland. Some light sleet or snow for the Baltic States. Mostly dry for Belarus, but some rain for Ukraine.
Cloudy with some late rain for Switzerland. Drier brighter for Austria. Rather cloudy but dry for Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia. Mostly dry and bright for Romania and the Balkans.
Dry with sunny spells for the Balearics, Sardinia and Corsica. Some cloud and light rain for northern Italy, brighter further south. Some showers for the Greek Islands, the mainland will remain dry and sunny. Showery for Turkiye and Cyprus.
