Much of Europe staying dry but eastern regions seeing developing thunderstorms

Another dry, fine and hot day for Spain, Portugal and the Balearics. Less of a shower risk across Sardinia and Corsica, although the odd isolated shower cannot be completely ruled out here. Scattered thundery and heavy showers across central and southern Italy as well as Sicily. Parts of Greece may too see a few thunderstorms. Dry and hot for Turkey.
Largely dry and fine for France, although a few showers could still affect the far southeast region. Mainly dry for the Low Countries but with some showers about later. Largely dry for Germany but again a few scattered showers are expected. Showers across the Alps but also sunny spells. Thunderstorms and heavy rain for parts of the Balkans and Hungary. Largely dry for Poland but thunderstorms furthest south here.
Some showery rain still affecting northern Norway but drier further south. A few scattered showers across Sweden and Finland, mainly further north, but largely dry elsewhere. The odd shower for the Baltic States but mostly dry. There is a risk of a few showers across Denmark but sunny spells and dry conditions too.

Monday
Portugal looks to remain dry and fine. Largely dry and hot for Spain too, but the odd local shower cannot be completely ruled out. Dry and hot across the Balearics as well as Corsica and Sardinia. A few showers developing across southern and central Italy but plenty of dry conditions too. Silicy looks to remain dry. Some thunderstorms across mainland Greece but the islands look to remain dry. A dry day for Turkey.
Largely dry and fine for France, the Low Countries and across much of Germany although southern Germany still seeing showery rain. Some showers across the Alps continuing into the Czech Republic. Thunderstorms affecting southern Balkan States. Largely dry for Poland.
Largely dry for Denmark with good spells of sunshine. Outbreaks of rain, some heavy, pushing into northern Norway drier further south. Sweden and Finland could see some rain further north but generally many places staying dry. One or two developing showers across the Baltic States but mostly dry here too.
