Cool in eastern Europe, warm to the west, showery central areas


Wednesday
Fine and sunny through much of Spain and Portugal on Wednesday. There will be lots of sunshine thorough the central Mediterranean islands too. Some heavy showers may affect central Italy. Greece and Turkey should be dry with lots of sunshine throughout.
Plenty of sunshine in France where it should be dry. Some showers in the Low Countries. Germany should be fine with lots of sunshine throughout. Some rain affecting Poland. Austria, Hungary and Switzerland are set to have fair days with god spells of sunshine here.
Denmark will have sunny spells and an isolated shower. Heavy and more persistent showers in the Baltic States. Cool with good spells of sunshine for Finland. A cool day too in Sweden but dry here with some sunny spells. Cool too for Norway, although dry.

Thursday
A fine day across Portugal and Spain with plenty of sunshine. It will be staying warm and sunny for the Balearics and Corsica too. Dry for most of Italy with sunshine, although some showers could affect the far south. Greece should be hot and sunny, whilst some showers trouble northern Turkey.
Fine in western France with lots of sunshine here, but some showery rain in the east. Showers developing in the Low Countries and Germany. Poland should be cool but dry. Fair for Hungary but thundery showers forming in Austria and Switzerland.
Dry in Denmark with sunny spells. Scattered showers and chilly in the Baltic States, but staying dry with more sunshine in Finland. Norway and Sweden will be chilly with sunny spells.
