Staying fine and warm in Spain and Portugal but heavy showers in the east
Thursday A fine and sunny day once again across Spain, Portugal and the Balearics. Fine too in Initially with more sunshine here although feeling cool in the north and east. Staying unsettled across Greece and Turkey with some heavy showers here. Fine with good spells of sunshine across much of France although there will be some cloud and outbreaks of rain in the far east. Fair across the Low Countries and Germany too with good spells of sunshine after rain clears south. This rain affects Switzerland, Hungary and Austria with further snow affecting the Alps. Showers for Poland, some of these heavy at times. Breezy for Denmark and feeling cold here but dry. Showers for the Baltic States, some of them heavy. Further showers affecting Finland, again heavy at times. A brighter day for much of Sweden with good spells of sunshine. Norway will have northern and western showers, but fair to the south and east.
Friday Plenty of sunshine once again across Spain and Portugal today. Heavy showers affecting southern Italy with some patchy rain in the north, but fair in-between. Heavy showers to come in Greece and Turkey with a risk of thunderstorms too. Cloud and some patchy spots of drizzle in central and northern France, dry to the south. More sunshine and fair weather in Germany and Poland, although there will be rain in the east. Some rain affecting Hungary too but fair for Austria and Switzerland. Denmark will be breezy but dry. Cloud and rain affecting the Baltic States. Showers in Finland and mostly fair across Sweden. Norway will be dry with sunny spells although heavy showers affect the north.
